Carly Furlong

Carly Furlong earned her B.S. in Allied Health Sciences and Cognitive Science from the University of Connecticut. As an undergraduate, she conducted research in the Auditory Perception and Neuroscience Lab under Dr. Akshay Maggu, focusing on diagnostic measures for auditory processing disorders. Her research interests broadly include refining clinical protocols in audiology and evaluating the risk of neurodegenerative disorders as it relates to hearing loss.
